Job description:
To clean, sanitize, organize, and maintain orderliness of your assigned work areas in accordance with established standards and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Clean assigned areas, including but not limited to private residence, commercial office space, short term rentals such as cabins, cottages, and Air B&B.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floor
Clean and sanitize bathrooms including sink, tubs, showers, and toilets.
Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and towels.
Remove trash and recyclables.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to take direction and effectively complete all assigned tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and other staff.
Must have drivers license and clean criminal record check.
Compensation:
15.00$ per hour to start, and a 2.50$ raise upon completion of a 3 month probationary period!!!
