Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Mixologist to join our lounge. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating unique and delicious cocktails, maintaining inventory levels, and providing excellent customer service to our patrons. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a strong knowledge of spirits and mixers, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Create unique and delicious cocktails, mocktails, coffee and tea that are visually appealing and meet customer's taste preferences
- Develop and maintain a menu of signature cocktails that align with the lounge's theme and atmosphere
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures for all bar operations
- Train and educate other bar staff on cocktail preparation and mixology techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, making recommendations, and ensuring they have a great experience
- Operate the bar with a high level of efficiency, ensuring that orders are filled promptly and accurately
- Ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked at all times
- Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mixologist
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, as well as mixers and garnishes
- Knowledge of various mixing techniques and cocktail recipes
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Salary: ₦30,000.00 - ₦35,000.00 per month
