Responsibilities
Direct report to Chief Operation Officer
Manage the PIE team with 20+ subordinates
Work closely with cross function departments and equipment suppliers

Create and follow up on testing procedures to support all projectsDevelop and/or improve the manufacturing/PIE process
Prepare and/or follow up on Functional Specs, Work Instructions, ECOs and reports
Provide technical advice on all production and quality issues and trouble-shooting
Responsible for development and production of new products
A good understanding of ISO9001
Requirement
Form 5 or above
At least 8 years relevant experience in Electronic manufacturing
Good Knowledge on LEAN Manufacturing, SMT, PCB/PCBA manufacturing is required
Experience on semi or fully automation assembly line and auto-testing machine is definitely an asset
Good command of English and Cantonese
